Its nose is inviting, with juicy aromas of ripe Bing cherry complemented by subtle notes of potpourri and cola. Upon closer consideration and a bit of coaxing, it reveals layered hints of leather, clove, and forest floor. The wine offers pillowy and graceful tannins as they envelop the palate. Moderately tart red fruits mingle with hibiscus tea and nutmeg.  This versatile Pinot Noir pairs splendidly with dishes such as barbacoa, empanadas, or cherry and sausage pizza.
